ALB is seeking a local point of contact in Tarbes and surrounding areas to identify and secure properties for management, while coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and owner/guest relations. You will manage your portfolio like your own business with flexible scheduling and the option for partial remote work or field assignments.

You should be comfortable persuading property owners, open to diverse backgrounds, and autonomous in scheduling, supported by a structured organization.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasion skills: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field, your willingness to learn and deliver quality work matters most.
• Autonomy: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
