ALB is looking for a motivated commercial agent in the Le Lavandou area to identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with property management. You will negotiate and sign property management agreements and coordinate service providers while building a steady client base.

As an independent contractor, you manage your schedule with a mix of remote work and field activity, receive comprehensive training, and can sponsor City Managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust-based relationships.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required.
• Motivation to develop an independent business and recurring income.
• Independent contractor status with comprehensive training.
