Job summary

Qualifications

• Final-year student at a leading business or engineering school with a Master’s-level degree.
• Six-month, school-sponsored internship with potential to convert to full-time.
• Available to start January or July 2027, with no further studies planned.

Responsibilities

• Screen investment opportunities and assess financial and strategic merits.
• Build financial models including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct market research and analyse leasing and transaction comparables.
• Prepare investment memoranda and support due diligence and closings.
• Update asset business plans and analyse performance against underwriting.
• Contribute to investor reporting and value creation initiatives.
