We're seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager !

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager drives the geographic and business growth of the company in France (and Belgium later on) :

1. Clinic Expansion & Real Estate Development
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential sites across France and Belgium.
  • Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.
  • Negotiate leases and make sure contracts are legally validated
  • Oversee the full clinics openings process
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and external partners
  • Secure all required administrative authorizations
  • Coordinate the legal creation of dental associations
2. Dentist Partnership Development (B2B)
  • Proactively prospect dental practices and individual dentists for partnership opportunities.
  • Define, present the partnership offer and lead negotiations to formalize new agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
3. Internal Coordination & reporting
  • Act as liaison between real estate, operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Provide regular updates (budgets, deadlines, progress).
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and operational readiness for each new site.
  • Guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining brand and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks early to secure successful project delivery.
