Job summary

BLOMMER CHOCOLATE COMPANY is hiring FULL TIME MILLWRIGHTS to support rapid rotation with 12-hour shifts at the Campbellford Plant. The role involves preventive maintenance, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, CMMS tasks, and collaboration across shifts to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications include Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A training or higher, experience with rotating machinery, and proficiency with hand and shop tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A training preferred.
• Experience with rotating machinery and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Complete CMMS tasks and document work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform unscheduled repairs during production and locate root causes.
• Document all work and communicate status across shifts.
• Prioritize reactive and preventive maintenance tasks between shifts.
