CPKC is seeking a Track Supervisor to join our Engineering team, focused on safety, reliability, and compliance of track infrastructure across North America. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance leadership and strong English/French communication to coordinate across teams and shifts.

You will help maintain infrastructure performance and address potential risks to support efficient rail operations. This safety sensitive position includes pre-employment medical checks and on-call duties as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 2+ years hands-on track maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year operating track machines.
• Ability to interpret track standards and practice circulars.
• Fluency in English and French with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety practices and procedures for unionized employees.
• Oversee scheduled track inspections and address safety hazards.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation to reduce safety risks.
• Direct maintenance activities per renewal plans for track components.
• Set daily work priorities and advise the Roadmaster.
• Provide on-call support and 24/7 emergency response.
