Mercor is assembling a panel of radiological safety experts to red-team frontier AI models. You will craft prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial levels, then evaluate model responses against a defined policy.

You will also write the reference answers and the technical reasoning for why a response is correct or not. This role emphasizes writing-intensive work with clear justifications, focusing on distinguishing routine professional questions from potentially dangerous ones.

Qualifications

• Experience with radioactive material handling or safety protocols.
• Strong technical writing and ability to justify judgments clearly.
• Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from sensitive dual-use inquiries.
