Kyntus recherche un responsable division Radio pour piloter la stratégie commerciale et financière, coordonner les activités et manager les équipes, tout en garantissant la qualité des services fournis et le respect des procédures.

Le poste implique des déplacements fréquents sur site et une responsabilisation sur le portefeuille clients et les achats. Diplôme d'ingénieur et expérience confirmée en réseaux exigés.

Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience minimum en réseaux et télécoms
• Diplôme d'ingénieur en réseaux ou télécommunications
• Permis B

Responsabilités

• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie financière de la division Radio
• Évaluer les travaux Radio selon les objectifs clients
• Suivre l'évolution organisationnelle et les coûts du projet et apporter les ajustements
• Assurer la qualité du service auprès des clients
• Définir le budget global et suivre les dépenses
• Suivre les pièces jointes et la répartition analytique du service
• Valider les factures
• Développer le portefeuille client
• Maintenir les relations avec les sous-traitants
• Identifier les tendances du marché et marchés potentiels
• Coordonner les activités du département, gérer les équipes internes et les sous-traitants
• Identifier les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires
• Compiler et mettre à jour tous les documents du projet
• Suivre l'avancement des projets en cours
• Participer à des réunions liées au déploiement
• Maintenir les relations avec les sous-traitants
• Rapporter toutes les activités à la direction et aux clients

ORGANIZATIONAL POSITIONING

Reporting to general management.

MISSIONS

• Propose and implement the Radio division's commercial and financial development strategy
• Coordinate and manage department activities
• Manage teams to ensure the quality of services provided to customers, in compliance with procedures
• Report information to support departments

ACTIVITIES

• Work with management to define and implement the division's financial strategy
  • Estimate Radio work according to customer objectives
  • Monitor the organizational and cost progress of the project and implement adjustments

  • Ensure quality of service with customers
  • Define an overall budget and monitor expenditure over the course of the project, anticipating purchases
  • Monitor attachments and the analytical breakdown of the service
  • Validate invoices
  • Develop customer portfolio

• Coordinate and manage department activities
