Jobtailor in Toulouse seeks a senior Quality Assurance professional to lead reviews, audits, and process improvements in an R&D setting. You will ensure traceability, manage documentation, and support corrective actions across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree, significant R&D experience, and eligibility for a security clearance. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential for reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance or quality control in an R&D environment.
• Good knowledge of software, electronics, and/or electrical engineering environments.
• Proficiency in project management principles within a V-model lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of document management and requirements management.
• Proficiency in project planning principles.
• Knowledge of configuration management.
• Experience conducting quality audits or reviews.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
• Excellent writing skills for preparing audit reports and documenting processes.
• Knowledge of Reqchecker and Projeqtor is a plus.
• Significant experience in an R&D or product development environment.
• Experience in project quality assurance or process auditing is a strong asset.
• Eligible for Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and conduct quality reviews with project managers, product managers, and R&D teams.
• Audit practices related to development activity planning.
• Verify proper management of project configuration and documentation.
• Monitor requirements and test traceability.
• Identify deviations, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Document findings and prepare review and audit reports.
• Support project managers in defining and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist teams in implementing quality best practices within projects.
• Support teams in implementing requirements traceability using Reqchecker.
• Provide support for project planning using Projeqtor.
• Support configuration management using OGIS.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of project documentation.
• Contribute to improving and structuring technical specifications.
• Participate in establishing and monitoring project and quality indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve R&D processes and practices.
• Monitor quality methods, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes, tools, and indicators.
• Contribute to sharing best practices across R&D teams.
• Gradually become a quality reference for teams on development practices.
