Une entreprise technologique de pointe située en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes recherche un R&D PL Controller pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion dans un contexte R&D, idéalement dans l'industrie automobile. Vous participerez à l'analyse financière et au suivi des coûts pour plusieurs sites. L'employé bénéficiera d'un environnement de travail moderne, ainsi que d'opportunités de développement professionnel et d'avantages sociaux attractifs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion R&D ou gestion de projet.
• Expérience dans l'industrie automobile ou équivalent.
• Capacité à coordonner les contrôleurs sur site.

Responsabilités

• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles des coûts et revenus R&D.
• Analyse des résultats mensuels pour la direction.
• Consolidation de la performance financière.
• Défis concernant le reporting des coûts.
• Soutien aux gestionnaires de projets avec des données financières.

Connaissances

Expérience en contrôle de gestion R&D ou gestion de projet

Connaissance de l'industrie automobile

Capacité à coordonner des contrôleurs sur site

Fluent en anglais

Inside the Brain Division, our Interior Experience Product Line focuses on reinventing the in-cabin experience. It includes technologies such as displays, Head-Up Displays (HDU), smart surfaces, and telematics, designed to create a connected, intuitive interior.

We are looking for a R&D PL Controller for our Interior Experience PL (13 sites).

📍The position can be based either in Créteil (Brain's headquarter and R&D site) or in Annemasse (R&D and production site).

Your Responsibilities

• Participates, understands and challenges monthly closing of PL R&D costs and revenues
• Provides analysis of monthly results to PL management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on R&D) on PL level
• Consolidate the financial performance of PL R&D P&L in weekly Best estimate reporting
• Consolidate and challenges monthly PL R&D Forecast with the sites
• Challenges correct reporting of costs per TPL
• Supports R&D and Project managers with exact financial data
• Contribute to R&D Budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates…)
• Benchmarks and standardizes management control tools
• Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis
• Proposes solutions for the litigations between sites, product lines, product groups on R&D
• Achieves on-site management control reviews
• Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/Division within product line

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or project management control
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or equivalent
• Ability to coordinate on-site controllers and ensure follow-up
• Fluent in English
