Medtronic in Trévoux, France, is seeking a Project Coordinator III to drive successful execution of new product development projects within the NPD PMO R&D team. You will focus on project coordination, documentation management in PLM and SharePoint, meeting organization, action tracking, reporting, and resource monitoring.

The role requires close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional R&D teams, on-site 3 days per week, with limited travel and an English advanced level.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• English – advanced professional level.
• Limited / No travel.
• ≥ 3 days /week on site.

Responsabilités

• Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
• Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
• Applies knowledge of company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of guidelines and procedures.
• Gathers and compiles information for reports.
• Supports documentation and data management, meeting organization, and action tracking.
