The Project Coordinator III will join the NPD (New Product Development) PMO R&D team in Trévoux to support the execution of new product development projects. The role focuses on project coordination, documentation management in PLM and SharePoint, meeting organization, action tracking, reporting, and resource monitoring. It also involves supporting controlled document updates, purchase orders, and onboarding/training activities for new hires. The position requires close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional R&D teams in a matrix environment. The role reports to the Product Development Director PMO and is expected to work onsite 3 days per week.
