Job summary

Ipsen Pharma is seeking a Business Analyst for IT R&D & Medical to support delivery of compliant digital solutions. You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with R&D, Medical, and IT stakeholders in a hybrid Paris or England setting.

You will work with Senior BAs, delivery managers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet quality, security and regulatory standards, including GxP/CSV requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years in pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare or medical affairs.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience in business process analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery workshops and interviews to understand current processes and gather requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, risks and success measures.
• Elicit, analyze, document and maintain business, functional, data, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Produce and maintain business analysis deliverables and requirements traceability matrices.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, vendors, and subject matter experts.
• Support solution evaluations and recommendations.
• Analyze current and future processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with data teams to document reporting, data quality and business rules.
• Participate in solution design reviews, testing, deployment readiness and user adoption activities.
• Incorporate GxP, CSV, privacy and security requirements into requirements.
