Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking an experienced R&D Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of new mechanical equipment from needs assessment through final validation, within a dynamic R&D team.

You will drive design, simulations, testing, and industrialization, leveraging strong CAD skills and project management know-how to deliver high-value solutions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in design and development of special-purpose machinery.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and machine safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Design and develop innovative mechanical solutions meeting performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Perform mechanical studies, including calculations, sizing, 3D design, and documentation.
• Validate concepts through simulations, prototyping, and POC activities.
• Oversee testing, validation, and industrialization of equipment.
• Mentor interns and contribute to new concepts.
