Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of new equipment and features from needs assessment to validation. You will work in a dynamic team, delivering innovative mechanical solutions and driving projects from concept to production.

You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of proven experience in designing special-purpose machinery or industrial equipment, and strong 3D CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor).

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience designing and developing special-purpose machinery or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and ability to work in an international environment.
• Exposure to robotics is a plus.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working cross-culturally.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design & technical development of equipment from needs assessment to validation.
• Oversee calculations, sizing, 3D design, documentation and testing.
• Validate concepts via simulations, prototyping, and POC activities.
• Oversee testing, validation, and industrialization of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets.
