• Master's degree in business economics, finance & control or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar R&D or industrial finance role.
• Experience with grant processes and financial reporting.
• International automotive exposure.
• SAP, HFM, Power BI know-how.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• English verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and autonomy.
