Mars France is seeking a Senior Digital Technology Manager to lead the R&D Data-Driven Strategy. You will coordinate digital products, data capabilities and adoption activities to enable R&D transformation across global teams.

The role collaborates with R&D, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Security, and external partners to translate priorities into deployable solutions and ensure successful delivery. A dynamic, international environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Master/MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong digital technology background with project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering digital projects in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate digital product delivery and data capabilities for R&D.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Support governance, budget tracking and reporting.
• Drive adoption and change management for new capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
