Job summary

• Build and update KPI dashboards using Power BI and Excel; analyze quality data for trends and improvements.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and senior management meetings with updates and minutes.
• Map and analyze processes; contribute to standardized ways of working across sites.
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders across Quality, Operations and IT to drive actions to completion.
• Contribute to change management and communication activities that support new processes and tools adoption.

Join our Quality Performance & Operational Excellence team as a Quality Performance & Operational Excellence – Internship (F/M)

Your Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating and following up on quality transformation and digitalization projects
• Maintain project tracking tools, including action plans, timelines, and risk and issue registers
• Build and update KPI dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel, and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare materials for steering committees and senior management meetings, including status updates, presentations and meeting minutes
• Map and analyze current processes and contribute to designing improved and standardized ways of working across sites
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders across Quality, Operations and IT to collect input, align on actions and drive them to completion
• Contribute to change management and communication activities that support the adoption of new processes and tools

What will convince us

• You are a final-year student in a Master’s or engineering program in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field
• You have an interest in quality management, operational excellence or project management; initial exposure through an internship or academic project is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, combined with a good command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• A structured, rigorous and autonomous approach, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
• Fluent English; French and/or German is a plus
