Sartorius in Aubagne, France, seeks a Validation Services Laboratory Technician to perform physicochemical tests per validated protocols, interpret results, and ensure data integrity for final approval.

You'll work with GMP-compliant procedures, prepare test solutions, manage reagents, and report deviations to the Laboratory Manager while collaborating across teams in a global environment. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Academic or technical degree in sciences or engineering.
• 3–5 years of work experience.
• Filtration knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide qualification / validation quality / compliance support compliant with laboratory safety procedures and requirements needed.
• Perform product specific integrity and chemical compatibility tests according to Sartorius SOPs and approved validation protocols.
• Prepare test solutions and reagents necessary for the performance of all laboratory tests.
• Handle chemicals and test solutions according to government regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Complete laboratory data form, interpret results and review.
• Inform Laboratory Manager of any deviations related to validation protocol execution.
• Initiate and complete investigations related to deviation of validation protocols or out of specification results.
• Perform necessary cleaning and sanitizing of the laboratory and equipment after testing.
• Check monitoring data of laboratory environment and temperature controlled equipment.
• Perform inventory control of consumables and standard reagents to ensure the safety stock.
