Harmattan AI seeks a Quality Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day quality in our industrial plant, leading technicians and controllers on the shop floor and ensuring robust inspection across lines.

The role requires a technical degree in quality/industrial engineering and at least five years in production quality, preferably in aerospace, defense, or automotive. Strong English communication and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production/operational quality in serial manufacturing.
• Strong experience in operational quality management, NCR/MRB & containment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Incoming, in-process and final inspection across all lines.
• Non-conformity handling and MRB flow on the shop floor.
• Vision inspection stations and control-plan execution.
• Direct management of the quality technicians and controllers, including daily KPIs and staffing.
• Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and ensure first-time-right product realization.
