Sanofi Gentilly/Lyon site seeks a Global Visual Inspection Expert to drive the visual inspection program across Manufacturing and Supply sites, providing technical support and overseeing qualification programs. You will shape strategy, standards, and governance for defect classification, inspection techniques, and process validation.
The role requires extensive experience in visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized products, advanced English and French, and strong project management.

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by a short-term incentive, as well as a collective variable compensation based on Sanofi Group results. Experience: Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceutical products, within a pharmaceutical industrial environment with hands‑on experience.
Master of Science or equivalent.
Advanced English and French (written and spoken).
