A leading global cosmetics company is seeking a Quality by Design Project Manager to support product development projects, drive quality processes, and embed risk practices. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quality management and project management, with a strong background in FMEA, HACCP, and ISO standards. As Quality by Design Project Manager you will sit within the Operational Excellence Directorate (Quality team) in R&I, based in Clichy (Paris). You'll support high-stakes product development projects, embed robust risk practices, and drive end-to-end quality processes across labs and operations in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
You are a pragmatic, analytical quality leader who thrives in cross-functional teams and champions continuous improvement. You hold one of the following degrees: Chemical Engineer, Food Industry, Pharmacist (or equivalent), and bring 10+ years' experience in product quality, quality systems and project management in development or industrial contexts.
