What will you do?
  • Lead and mentor a team of 12 QA engineers, driving quality across product releases.
  • Define and evolve QA strategies, processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality for new features and updates.
  • Own and optimize the testing infrastructure, improving test coverage and speeding up release cycles.
  • Ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability standards before launch.
