We currently have a QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, & Environment) Manager opportunity available with one of our most innovative, progressive and rapidly growing Manufacturing Customers.

The client is a well-established European company specializing in personalized photo products - operating multiple state-of-the-art manufacturing sites across Europe and serving over 11 million customers worldwide.

About the role

The position will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and quality within the plant. Moreover, will be contributing to the implementation of the plant\'s strategic plan with a goal of developing and enhancing key management systems by engaging all employees during the transformation and evolution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of Company\'s policies
• Support the Safety Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems and Quality Management Systems within local operations
• Organize and conduct Internal and External audits to drive continuous improvement of SHEQ systems
• Analyze and evaluate trends, identify risks, and organize the implementation of improvement plans through structured incident management based on root cause analysis
