Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a SHEQ Manager in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills to manage projects from start to finish.
• Solid analytical skills and comfortable using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Responsabilités

Overview

We are looking for a Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to join our local operations team. You will report to the Site Director and have an indirect line to Industrial Engineering at the group level. You will manage all SHEQ topics for the production site, ensuring our standards are maintained and always getting better.

Responsibilities

• You manage all safety, quality, health, and environmental topics for the production site.
• You ensure standards are well executed and maintained across the site.
• You work with other SHEQ managers to exchange best practices.
• You report on key performance indicators and system compliance.
• You interpret and develop action plans around SHEQ performance indicators.
• You make sure all safety, environmental, and quality risks are understood and managed.

• You lead the implementation of our management systems.
• You coach and develop the SHEQ team.
• You build a strong culture of safety, environmental awareness, and quality.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our management systems and related audits.
• You use your analytical skills to solve complex problems.

What you bring to the team
