You will bridge development, product, and QA, translating business requirements into actionable test plans, mentoring the team, and keeping projects on schedule and defect-free. The role emphasizes hands-on testing across manual and automated realms and requires strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Rich experience in Software Quality Assurance with roles like QA Lead, Test Lead or QA Management.
• Deep understanding of functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD/DevOps concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement overarching test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to a team of QA engineers and testers.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing and monitor progress.
• Define and guide test automation efforts to reduce manual testing.
• Manage defect lifecycle from discovery to verification and closure.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements.
• Produce daily/weekly QA status reports and metrics for release readiness.
