Jobtailor is seeking a QA professional in Toulouse to define and evolve QA strategy, design test plans, and drive testing across our web applications. You will collaborate with Product Managers and developers, investigate defects, and promote shift-left quality in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.

The role emphasizes functional testing, test automation, API testing (Postman), and strong collaboration. A 4–7 year QA background and a degree in CS/engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in QA / software testing.
• Excellent understanding of QA and software testing fundamentals.
• Significant experience in functional testing.
• Ability to design testing strategies, plans, and scenarios.
• Experience with test automation.
• Good understanding of web environments.
• Ability to understand and investigate technical issues.
• Good knowledge of APIs / HTTP / networking / DevTools.
• Ability to communicate directly with developers.
• Postman
• JavaScript test automation.
• Experience structuring or establishing a QA approach.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience in a regulated or particularly demanding environment.
• Knowledge of issues related to sensitive or confidential data.

Responsabilités
