White Circle seeks a QA Engineer to join a manual-first product QA team with automation as a key tool. You will manually test features and APIs while building scalable Playwright/Python automation, integrating it into CI/CD, and collaborating with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and improve testability in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work from Paris or London is offered with relocation support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA automation.
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong Playwright experience for E2E UI testing.
• Hands-on CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Practical use of AI coding agents and AI-powered testing tools.
• Fluent English and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Manually test new features and fixes across the web platform and APIs in fast release cycles, sometimes as short as one working day.
• Identify the highest-risk areas, run exploratory, smoke, regression, and integration testing, and give clear release feedback.
• Write concise test plans and checklists, investigate unexpected behavior, and file reproducible bug reports.
• Work with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and improve testability before development is complete.
• Automate stable, business-critical flows with Playwright and Python, and integrate them into CI/CD.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join White Circle, an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies it automatically tests, enforces, and improves at scale. Backed by $70M (Series A) from top funds and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, and others, White Circle processes 100M+ API calls monthly and trains its own LLMs. This is a manual-first product QA role, with automation as a key tool, in a small team where work ships to production fast.

• Manually test new features and fixes across the web platform and APIs in fast release cycles, sometimes as short as one working day.
• Identify the highest-risk areas, run exploratory, smoke, regression, and integration testing, and give clear release feedback.
• Write concise test plans and checklists, investigate unexpected behavior, and file reproducible bug reports.
