Jobtailor is seeking an apprentice in Purchasing to join our team in France. You will help prepare international workshops, coordinate tender follow-ups, and manage supplier relations under guidance of the Purchasing Specialist.

Ideal candidates pursue Bac+4/5 in Business or Purchasing, with strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and a minimum English level of B2. This role starts September 2026 and involves collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Bac+4/5 level degree in Business or Purchasing and are looking for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
• You have a strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• You are comfortable with presentation tools (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
• You have a minimum B2 level in English
• You are curious, a strong team player and enjoy taking on challenges

Responsabilités

• Prepare international workshops (meetings between product teams from the group's different Business Units).
• Coordinate the follow-up and analyze calls for tender (acting as the interface between suppliers and ADEO brand contacts).
• Coordinate supplier relations via our purchasing offices.
• Support the Purchasing Specialist in daily tasks.
