About the Role:

The Purchasing Manager contributes to defining a purchasing and procurement strategy with senior management and ensures its implementation thorough a targeted selection of products/services that meet the needs of the company and its agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the purchasing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies based on internal stakeholder needs.
• Manage supplier performance and compliance, including audits and certifications.
• Proficiency in international customs procedures (incoterms)
• Oversee logistics and delivery timelines to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure procedural compliance and drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
• Coordinate Air and Sea shipments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in business or purchasing, with solid academic grounding.
• 10+ years’ experience in purchasing, ideally in industrial business .
• Strong grasp of logistics and customs
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, with sharp prioritization skills.
• Fluent in French/English.
