Job summary

SGL Carbon is seeking a Pump Sales Manager to drive the commercial development of graphite and specialty metal pumps in France, Belgium, Southern Europe, with potential expansion to the Middle East and Africa. You will nurture a portfolio of 200+ customers and contribute to revenue growth across the region.

The role requires 3+ years in technical pump sales or engineering, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical pump sales or pump engineering in an international industrial context.
• Good understanding of products, processes and financial aspects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pump business in the assigned territory (France, Belgium, Southern Europe).
• Build strong relationships and coordinate partnerships and commercial cooperations.
• Optimize offers based on technical and economic logic and ensure proposal consistency.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, After-Sales, Finance and other regions.
