Crossing Hurdles seeks a doctoral-level expert in child development to annotate datasets for AI training, providing detailed feedback on accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance.

You will contribute to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children’s learning and behavior, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to safeguard psychological integrity in AI interactions and guide guidelines across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and ensure psychological integrity in AI interactions.
• Create or refine guidelines for AI systems to better address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds.
• Document findings and recommendations with clarity and depth to support ongoing AI research and development.

Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated involvement in technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects relevant to child development is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working remotely on digital platforms, delivering contributions independently while engaging with a distributed team.
