Ubisoft seeks an experienced executive assistant to provide high-level operational and administrative support to Global Publishing leadership. You will coordinate calendars across Europe/Asia/USA, plan travel, and organize leadership events while safeguarding confidentiality and driving efficient executive workflows.

Provide high-level operational and administrative support to Global Publishing leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective coordination across teams, and optimized executive efficiency. Act as a trusted business partner, facilitating communication, planning, and organizational effectiveness across a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities :
