As Project Manager (m / f / d), you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering complex system installation projects, primarily in France and occasionally across other European countries. You will act as the key interface between customers, internal departments, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

Your duties and responsibilities will include :
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Material Handling System installations, from initial planning to final handover
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioning
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear alignment of project objectives and expectations
  • Develop, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to French regulations, safety standards, and internal quality procedures
  • Oversee on-site installation and commissioning phases, managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Travel to project sites within France and occasionally across Europe
  • Report directly to the Operations Director

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in industrial automation, logistics systems, or material handling environments
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse international interfaces
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical, and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in French and English (both required); additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as needed
