Gramian Consultancy seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems programs from definition through validation and production readiness. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines and budgets, and report to senior stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 7 years of PM experience in semiconductors or electronics, and fluent English. On-site work in Switzerland is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
• Experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
• Knowledge of project planning, budget management, risk control, and product industrialisation.
• Professional fluency in English.
