A multinational logistics company is seeking a Project Manager IT WMS to manage projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Required qualifications include at least 5 years in logistics and proven IT project management experience. The position is permanent and full-time, located in Strasbourg. The salary range is between €40,000 and €55,000.

Description du poste

For a multinational logistics company we are looking for an Project Manager IT WMS with very high English proficiency. Indefinite contract with us.

Stable, long‑term project with permanent contract through our company.

Tasks

• Manage all project resources to deliver small and medium‑scale projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Undertake detailed project work, managing the project through all key stages from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and maintain all required project documentation, such as project plans, budgets, risk and issue logs, change control forms, business requirements, specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, etc., with weekly progress reporting.
• Ensure project teams comply with company standards and that all documentation is reviewed and approved.
• Prepare and deliver management presentations to internal and external customers in line with business requirements.
• Manage service providers to ensure they consistently deliver high quality, value‑for‑money solutions to agreed criteria and within defined KPIs.

Mandatory Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a large international logistics environment.
• 2–5+ years of IT project management.
• Proven experience managing project teams.
• Experience with WMS implementation projects.
• Experience participating in workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis.
