Applicants should have proven experience in project coordination and legal residency in a European country. This is a full-time hybrid role with occasional travel.

The role involves overseeing operations, logistics, and communication between international teams and ensuring the successful execution of cross-regional projects that contribute to social and strategic development.

• Coordinate project activities and ensure effective collaboration between European and Middle Eastern partners.
• Manage logistics, reporting, and communication with various stakeholders.
• Supervise project implementation and maintain quality standards.
• Represent the organization in multicultural environments.
• Contribute to planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic required; English essential; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or international cooperation.
• Legal residency in a European country and ability to travel freely within the Schengen area.
• Strong understanding of the Lebanese or Middle Eastern context.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.
