An international organization is seeking an Arabic-speaking Project Leader to coordinate strategic and humanitarian initiatives between Europe and the Middle East, ensuring successful execution of cross-regional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and communication, and must be fluent in Arabic with a strong understanding of Middle Eastern contexts. This full-time role offers a hybrid work setup with occasional travel to Lebanon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or international cooperation.
• Legal residency in a European country and ability to travel freely within the Schengen area.
• Strong understanding of the Lebanese or Middle Eastern context.

The role involves overseeing operations, logistics, and communication between international teams and ensuring the successful execution of cross-regional projects that contribute to social and strategic development.

• Manage logistics, reporting, and communication with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic required; English essential; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or international cooperation.
• Legal residency in a European country and ability to travel freely within the Schengen area.
• Strong understanding of the Lebanese or Middle Eastern context.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.
