Responsibilities

• Support and oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment, and further approval processes for B2B marketing projects across Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
• Assist with local special project completion, including in‑person or virtual events.
• Provide documentation and reporting support.
• Act as the first point of contact for design and copy.
• Manage LinkedIn content across countries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience.
• Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments, gather necessary data, and coordinate with localizers and the creative team.
• Document and track project performance and goals, and report content performance on an ad‑hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and French, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven marketing coordination experience, including creative brief management, asset production, and documentation.
• Analytical skills with a KPI‑driven mindset.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels.
• Very organized, result‑driven, and able to perform at a fast pace.
• Preferred: In‑depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
• LinkedIn experience.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
