JLL is seeking a European Project Management Lead in Paris to oversee end-to-end projects across Europe, starting with Germany and Switzerland, with potential expansion. You will manage projects from A to Z, align with client objectives and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires an engineering/architecture/construction degree, 6+ years in a similar role, fluent French and English, and strong budgeting and PM software skills. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent French and English.
• Experience with all five PM phases.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from A to Z within costs, quality and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate all five project management phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing.
• Interface with client to translate needs into criteria.
• Develop and monitor tools: schedule, budget, contracts, risks, procurement.
• Coordinate external stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, consultants).
• Ensure contractual commitments are met.

Missions

As a European Project Management Lead H/F, you will :

• Manage projects from A to Z, ensuring compliance with the customer’s objectives in terms of costs, quality and deadlines, as well as anticipating and managing project risks,

• Master, manage, and lead the 5 phases of project management: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring and controlling, project closing,

• Be directly in contact with the client: identify and understand client needs, translating them into fit-out criteria,

• Develop and monitor project management tools: schedule, budget, compliance, procurement, contracts, risks, administrative follow-up, etc,

• Select, manage and monitor external stakeholders involved in the project: Architects, Designer, Engineers, Experts, Consultants, General Contractor or Works Contractor, etc,

• Ensure that all parties involved meet their contractual commitments,

• Throughout the project, coordinate and lead the project team, including all the customer’s internal stakeholders.

In the short term, projects will be based in Germany and Switzerland, with the position located in Paris, with potential expansion to other European countries in the future.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent,

• You have a significant experience (6 years minimum) in a similar role and environment (construction companies, real estate services company…),

• You have proven expertise in all 5 phases of project management,

• You have fluent knowledge of French and English,

• You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable,

• You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc),

• You are a team player,

• You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations,

• You are proficient in MS Office and project management software tools,

• You have experience in financial analysis and budget management,

• PMP certification is an added value.
