Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Paris seeks a European Project Management Lead to steer complex fit-out projects across Europe. The role focuses on delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams including architects, designers, engineers and contractors.

You will manage five PM phases, liaise with executive-level clients, and ensure compliance with costs and quality standards. Requires 6+ years in PM, PMP a plus, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent.
• 6+ years in a similar project management role in construction or real estate services.
• Proven expertise in all 5 PM phases (initiation to closing).
• Fluent French and English.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, independent and reliable work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive stakeholders and external teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring costs, quality, and deadlines align with client objectives.
• Lead all five phases of project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
• Communicate with clients to translate needs into fit-out criteria.
• Develop and monitor tools: schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, risks, admin follow-up.
• Coordinate external stakeholders: architects, designers, engineers, contractors, consultants.
• Ensure all parties meet contracts and align with project goals.
• Lead project team and internal client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Missions

• Manage projects from A to Z, ensuring compliance with the customer's objectives in terms of costs, quality and deadlines, as well as anticipating and managing project risks
• Master, manage, and lead the 5 phases of project management: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring and controlling, project closing
• Be directly in contact with the client: identify and understand client needs, translating them into fit-out criteria
• Develop and monitor project management tools: schedule, budget, compliance, procurement, contracts, risks, administrative follow-up, etc
• Select, manage and monitor external stakeholders involved in the project: Architects, Designer, Engineers, Experts, Consultants, General Contractor or Works Contractor, etc
• Ensure that all parties involved meet their contractual commitments
• Throughout the project, coordinate and lead the project team, including all the customer's internal stakeholders

In the short term, projects will be based in Germany and Switzerland, with the position located in Paris, with potential expansion to other European countries in the future.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent
• You have a significant experience (6 years minimum) in a similar role and environment (construction companies, real estate services company…)
• You have proven expertise in all 5 phases of project management
• You have fluent knowledge of French and English
• You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable
• You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc)
• You are a team player
• You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
• You are proficient in MS Office and project management software tools
• You have experience in financial analysis and budget management
• PMP certification is an added value
