Our client in Dubai is a leading real estate and development organization delivering ambitious master-planned communities and infrastructure-led projects. They seek senior project delivery professionals to drive successful execution of complex, multi-billion-dollar programs.

As Project Director, you will lead horizontal infrastructure, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure governance, safety, and budget adherence across the portfolio. This is a senior, strategically-focused leadership role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, or major infrastructure-led projects in GCC or comparable markets.
• Strong background with leading developers, PMCs, or client-side organizations.
• Experience managing horizontal infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, power, enabling works).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major horizontal infrastructure and community development projects.
• Oversee planning, design, procurement, and execution of roads, utilities, power, and enabling works packages.
• Manage project consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to meet programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with development goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with internal departments, authorities, and external partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, changes, and commercial performance across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure governance, contractual compliance and development standards.
• Lead value engineering and risk management initiatives to optimize outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentor project teams; report status to senior management.

Poste et missions

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major horizontal infrastructure and community development projects.
• Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and execution of roads, utilities, power, and enabling works packages.
• Manage project consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to achieve programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with overall development goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate with internal departments, authorities, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, risks, change management, and commercial performance across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance requirements, and development standards.
• Lead value engineering and risk management initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership to project teams while mentoring and developing direct reports.
• Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior management on project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Profil recherché

A successful Project Director should have:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, or major infrastructure-led projects within the GCC or comparable markets.
• Strong background working for leading developers, project management consultancies (PMCs), or client-side organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise managing horizontal infrastructure packages, including roads, utilities, power networks, and enabling works.
• Commercially astute leader with excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and team leadership capabilities.

Conditions et Avantages

• Annual salary between AED 750,000 and AED 9,50,000.
• Permanent role in the property and construction industry.
