Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Controller to coordinate administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the Carrefour project. You will support the Project Director and team, ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and supplier coordination, and maintain project governance.

The role involves preparing reports, managing documentation, and facilitating communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Control, Executive Assistance or similar administrative roles.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, renewable energy, construction or industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Project Director and project team.
• Maintain project documentation with version control, filing, traceability and compliance with company standards.
• Support project planning activities—meetings, agendas, minutes, tracking actions.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, POs, invoices and payments; ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and KPIs for management review.
• Coordinate communication with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and HSE.
