Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and drive CCM process within their project or program.
- Analyze, review, and provide compliance statements on CCM-related requirements (customer, partner, internal).
- Create and maintain the Configuration Strategy and publish Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations.
- Verify and release components considered as Configuration items.
- Ensure Supplier Configuration Management, including CM requirement negotiation.
- Monitor the CM process and Configuration Status, including reporting.
- Manage the Change Boards.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of every change request, including assignment to Baseline and/or Target Configuration.
- Ensure completeness, correctness, clarity, and timeliness of documentation.
- Report CCM process performance (KPIs) and manage actions.
- Ensure the necessary Configuration and Change Management tools are in place, including all interfaces (partners).
- Support analyzing, reviewing, and maintaining CCM-related risks and opportunities.
- Ensure physical and functional CCM audits are performed.
- Ensure configuration is formalized and adequate at all times to deliver the configuration and change documentation to stakeholders (customer, supplier, partner).
Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent (desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience in Configuration & Change Management.
- Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management, and Document Control.
- Experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Industrialization.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Functional team management skills.
- Knowledge of Alstom standard information systems (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.) is desirable.
