Lynxeo, based in La Défense near Paris, seeks a Program & OM Director to lead the nexT transformation program focused on SAP S/4HANA rollout and global applications.

You will chair the PMO, shape the ERP roadmap through 2030, ensure seamless delivery across sites, and guide change and knowledge management to harmonize processes.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in large-scale transformation programs or PMO leadership.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations and the ability to navigate technical architecture.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups without formal authority.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating multi-site programs.

Job context

The Program nexT has been launched to support future growth ambition. This strategic transformation centers on the roll‑out of SAP S/4 HANA and standardized global applications and technologies (Infra, Plant digitalization, AI, BI) to harmonize our global processes. More than a digitalization program, nexT is a company-wide shift toward harmonization, rationalization and efficiency, with a design phase running through February 2026 and a target for full results by 2028, and roll‑out expected by 2030.

The first part of this position will be focused on program and then will lean towards OM.

Responsabilities

Reporting directly to the COMO, Program Director is a high-impact leadership role responsible for orchestrating the strategic evolution of the organization. This role bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and operational execution, overseeing a diverse "PMO Squad team" to coordinate across business and functions management, Business Transformation Leaders, key users, and IS or business project teams specifically steering the business processes harmonization in leveraging the technical roadmap and integration of SAP S/4 HANA and global applications. The program director will ensure our digital core is scalable, harmonized, and aligned with our long-term growth.

Your Mission Will Include
  • Strategy & Design
    • Be the guardian of processes standardization, simplification & automation strategy
    • Co-construct the multi-year ERP and digital transformation roadmap with the Group CIO & COMO, the IS Exco
    • Partner with executive leadership to translate the Lynxeo’s long-term vision into actionable transformation roadmaps up to 2030.
    • Drive the S/4 HANA strategic vision, providing methodology, expert support for technical choices and critical arbitrations to ensure system integrity and business alignment
    • Design and implement comprehensive change frameworks to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates across the entire organization.
    • Support transversal projects impacting program roadmap or operating model (M&A, transformation or organizational projects,…),
  • Development & Delivery
    • Report with CIO & COMO to Excom & drive nexT program
    • Propose projects framework and governance model in relation with IS exco and BTL.
    • Structure and animate through his/her team local project structures and governances.
    • Manage the "PMO Squad team" and partner closely with the IS Directors to ensure technical delivery is synchronized with business milestones, on time, and within scope.
    • Serve as the primary connector between the Business Transformation Leaders (R2R, Metal & FX, HR, Q2C, S2P, Supply Chain, and Quality) and the IS team to ensure a unified approach to ERP and digital enablers.
    • Facilitate effective collaboration between business stakeholders, IS departments and external partners.
    • Create, structure and animate the key users and digital ambassadors community leveraging BTL organization.
  • Continuous improvement
    • Supervise the deployment of strategic initiatives, ensuring that operational expertise is integrated into every phase of the project lifecycle.
    • Support the COMO in refining the Chief Operating Model to improve efficiency and agility.Propose and monitor a set of KPI to monitor the program efficiency, and associated corrective action plan.
    • Capitalize on lessons learned from each site deployment to continuously refine the ERP Core Model and deployment toolkits.
  • Knowledge Management and change management
    • With the support of BTL and IS Exco, create and animate the change plan of the program
    • Supporting application owners and managers, drive and support the change management of the program.
    • Supervise the built and management the change document library and of all related tools supporting training content creation.
    • Supervise the execution of the change plan
    • Establish shared standards, technical documentation, SOP and governance for all business-related systems.
    • Foster collaboration between Functions to bridge the gaps between technical solutions and business reality.
    • Facilitate the adoption of new systems
  • Out of scope
    • Hierarchical management of business teams
    • Ownership of business functional decisions
    • Responsibility for IT delivery, architecture or operations

He/She is accountable for the successful delivery of the global transformation roadmap and the achievement of the strategic vision set by the COMO.

He/She is responsible for the synchronization of the various BTLs to maintain a single, cohesive direction for the company.

He/She is accountable for the effective integration of ERP and digital enablers into the daily operations of every business stream.

He/She is responsible for the seamless coordination of the "PMO Squad Team" to ensure project resources are optimized across all active roll-out.

He/She is responsible for translating complex business strategies into clear, actionable project milestones for the PMO.

Profile looked for
Technical skills
  • Proven track record in large-scale organizational transformation, PMO leadership, or management consulting.
  • Experience of 5-10 years.
  • Previous S/4 or similar transformation program experience should be valuable especially through Functional and technical understanding of the ERP, and ideally SAP S/4HANA ecosystem; ability to navigate technical architecture discussions and provide decisive support for technical arbitrations and design choices.
  • A solid understanding of business processes and the fundamental mechanics of organizational operating models.
  • The proficiency to drive initiatives and secure delivery in a transversal environment without the use of formal hierarchical authority.
  • Fluent in English: able to translate complex strategic goals into clear, actionable field messages.
Soft skills
  • Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining a rigorous focus on the granular details of project execution.
  • The ability to work effectively and comfortably within industrial, multi-site contexts across different geographies.
  • The ability to bring order to complex environments by effectively structuring and orchestrating multi-layered workstreams.
