Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking a Production Unit Manager for a Swiss luxury components manufacturer in Neuchâtel. You will oversee a specialized production unit, drive performance, and ensure quality and adherence to procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in precision manufacturing, hands-on experience with high-precision processes (notably SuperLumiNova), and fluent French. You will lead a small technical team on site and contribute to new product industrialization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in precision manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience with high-precision components and production processes, especially SuperLumiNova.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, process control, and production quality.
• Experience coordinating priorities, resources, tooling, and materials.
• Fluent in French; working knowledge of English considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of a specialized precision-manufacturing unit
• Optimize the use of equipment, materials, and workforce to meet production and quality targets
• Coordinate production priorities according to delivery requirements
• Supervise and support a small technical production team
• Ensure strict application of manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Contribute to the industrialization of new products and references

Requirements
