What you will do
  • Align and secure engine components according to work instructions
  • Install gaskets, seals, wiring, hoses, covers, and visual components
  • Ensure parts and materials used in assembly are defect‑free
  • Assist in problem‑solving and improvement initiatives across departments
  • Verify correct alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints
  • Inspect parts and materials for quality defects
  • Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects
  • Perform torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections on engines
  • Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and area‑specific instructions
  • Collaborate with other departments to address assembly‑related challenges and suggest improvements
  • Provide information to supervisors and managers regarding processes in the assigned area
  • Occasionally participate in training and development
  • Perform any other assigned duties
What you will have
  • Minimum of 4 months' experience in a manufacturing work environment or industry certification
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English
  • Intermediate experience with computers, tablets, and with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work
  • Ability to adhere to safety procedures
What would make you a top candidate
  • Previous experience reading complex assembly instructions
  • Previous experience assembling products
  • Previous experience with similar electrical cabinet (repair or assembly)
  • Previous experience and/or certification in operating forklifts, tugger, and/or other power equipment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Must successfully complete a background, drug, and medical screening
Additional Information
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime as required.

Summary Pay Range

$19.05 – $23.20
