Tasks
  • Managing a team of 15 to 30 employees.
  • Ensuring efficient production in the plant while respecting HACCP standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Optimizing human and material resources.
  • Training a multidisciplinary team to meet production goals.
  • Effectively meeting the ongoing operational requirements of the company in terms of safety, quality, and production.
  • Collaborating with teams from other departments, including Quality and Maintenance.
  • Addressing various issues and managing unexpected situations.
  • Informing and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to guarantee team safety.
  • Managing the working conditions of unionized employees in accordance with the collective agreement.
  • Ensuring that enough products are available for production needs on subsequent days, in collaboration with the production planner.
  • Monitoring performance indicators (K.P.I.).
  • Participating in the implementation of new projects (departmental reorganization, renovations, etc.).
  • Performing any other related tasks.
