Euronext Paris SA is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Cash Equity & Data Services Projects team. You will help develop and innovate cash equity, ETFs and warrants trading markets across Europe, working closely with internal stakeholders.

The role involves capturing business needs, defining requirements with IT, validating stakeholders, supporting product development with guides and client materials, and collaborating with project managers on execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or from a top-tier business/engineering school.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); French fluency is a significant advantage.
• Proactive learner, staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with IT projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Working closely with the Cash Equity Products and Market Data teams to capture business needs, assess products and develop proposals for implementation, including competitor benchmarking
• Owning the relationship with Euronext IT Market Services department for pre-studies and defining complete and workable business requirements, transforming business ideas into actionable IT projects
• Validating business requirements with all internal stakeholders and incorporating specific requests; proactively proposing alternative solutions where appropriate
• Supporting product development by writing or reviewing user guides, presentations and client-facing materials, and attending client presentations or working groups as needed
• Working closely with Project Managers during project execution phases, representing the team in project management meetings when required. You may act directly as a Project Manager with team support on smaller projects
• Conducting business intelligence activities by identifying and analysing new initiatives launched by competitors and regulatory changes, and presenting findings internally to stimulate discussion and innovation
