Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager for Procurement to align IT systems with Group priorities and manage SAP MM initiatives.

The role covers requirements gathering from buyers and managers, end-to-end project leadership, and maintenance of existing solutions, with international exposure and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering with procurement understanding.
• Minimum 5 years’ IT product management, IT business ownership, or IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience with SAP MM in an international setting.
• Experience in inventory management (MM-IM) including receipts, movements, cycle counting, and batch management.
• Fluent English in an international environment; willingness to travel 1–2 weeks, three times per year.

• Contribute to the Procurement domain roadmap and lead end-to-end IT projects.

Description du poste

• Build a close working relationship with Procurement leadership to align IT system developments with the Group’s strategic priorities (procurement performance, supplier compliance, CSR)
• Gather and prioritize functional requirements from procurement users (buyers, controllers, management), taking into account budgetary, technical and regulatory constraints
• Actively contribute to the Procurement domain roadmap, particularly on major/structuring projects
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects: analysis, implementation, UAT and go-live
• Manage incident handling, change requests and the operational maintenance of existing solutions

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an engineering/business school, with an understanding of Procurement processes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT product management, IT business ownership (functional lead) or IT project management, ideally in an international industrial environment
• At least 3 years’ experience with SAP MM
• Experience in inventory management (MM-IM: receipts, movements, cycle counting, batch management) desirable
• Knowledge of SAP WM / EWM appreciated
• Good knowledge of Procurement processes (Source-to-Pay) and market solutions
• Fluent English required (international environment)
• International travel of 1 to 2 weeks, three times per year
